Our Services
We aim to provide ballet dancers of all ages with effective scientifically-proven and evidence-based solutions to manage injuries, accelerate recovery time, and maximize their performance. We accomplish this by providing pre-pointe assessments, biomechanical assessments, non-surgical injury treatment and management, and providing educational workshops that cover topics such as basic dancer anatomy, nutrition, injury prevention, foot and ankle care, older adult dancer series, and pre-pointe interactive series.

Dr. Ruffin is excellent. For years I had a very stubborn plantar wart on the metatarsal head of my pinky toe and it significantly impacted my ability to walk and dance.
